Meet The Team

Tracy Hepburn

Managing Director

Tracy has been a part Marathon Blinds & Shutters since the very beginning in 2007 where it all began. Tracy is involved in all aspects of the business, from day to day running to measuring and advising.

Ciera Hepburn

Business Development and Marketing Manager

Ciera joined in 2021, in order to develop the business through marketing and building relationships with suppliers. Ciera deals with the behind the scenes day to day running of the business.

Sue Patterson

Sales Advisor

Sue joined Marathon Blinds & Shutters in 2021 with a keen interest in customer service and a love of working with and meeting new people. Sue spends her free time playing team sports and socialising with her friends.

Kerry Sexton

Administration

Kerry is the first point of contact for customers at Marathon Blinds & Shutters. Kerry is on hand for customers throughout their whole journey from the initial design appointment through to the point of installation.

We also have a team of friendly and experienced fitters including: Scott, Jon, Ewan & Anthony.

Our Journey

2007

Marathon Blinds was born in 2007 as a family run business. We were busy working from home and using our garage as storage space.

2011

Shutters were introduced as a new product range in 2010. Which is fast becoming one of our most popular window dressings.

2017

We outgrew the home office setup and decided to make the leap moving to larger premises to accommodate the growth.

2021

The blind industry was quickly evolving so we decided to expand our team hiring more surveyors and installers to reach more customers.

2022

We moved to our current premises in Melbourne, with offices and a showroom for customers to view our range of products and fabrics.

2024

Marathon Blinds & Shutters continues to grow and evolve whilst helping happy customers with their window coverings.
